It provides outsourced sales, technical support, customer service, and other business processes for large companies. The company saw the need to provide work with good benefits to BPO personnel, online teachers / online tutors, VAs, and medical transcription manpower, who are qualified, hardworking, and self-reliant individuals, with no capacity in terms of high-end computers, fast internet connection and a conducive background to deliver their work effectively and efficiently.
The company envisioned to be the best call center in the entire South Cotabato and the entire Region 12. The company further envisioned to produce top–notch, cream-of-the-crop call center representatives and management staff.
